“Constitutional Carry” in Texas

In 2021, Texas House Bill 1927 was passed, granting “Constitutional Carry” within the state of Texas for Texas residents and visitors alike. However, there are several restrictions, regulations and rules pertaining to the unlicensed carry of handguns in Texas that you need to be aware of.
